Very poor, customer service from this store , was served by a rude assistant, who obviously shouldn't be in the retail business, no customer service skills at all , looked like she didn't want to be there, I took something back and her attitude was terrible, I asked to speak to her manager , the assistant then went to get the manager, were they both were both having a conversation behind the stalls in the front . The manager came to the front desk with exactly the same unprofessional attitude, I felt so embarrassed in front of the other customers. As I was leaving the shop , I caught them both sniggering and laughing at my expense, when I asked them both are they laughing at me , the assistant said No they were having a private joke , it must have been a quick joke as it had been seconds before that the manager and I were talking to each other. I have never felt so degraded in my life. How do these two even get employed in this store. I phoned Customer service as soon as I left the store. I or my family and friends will never ever shop at this store ever again. Very unprofessional staff .
Do not buy a TV from these amateurs. I had a Hisense TV develop 2 faults within warranty. I spoke to Hisense and they tried to fix it via remote access and that didn't work. They told me to return it to the retailer which I did and they won't give me a refund. They have booked for someone to come to my house to try and repair it in 2 to 3 weeks. No main TV during the World Cup so i went to another retailer on the same retail park as Argos and bought another TV.
Very poor customer service experience. We were greeted by a young lady who was trying to be helpful but the older lady and male in the store were talking down to her like a dog. It made us feel very uncomfortable. The older lady was called Adele and really needs training in customer service. She makes up her own policies that are completely different to those on the Argos website. Avoid this shop and try another store if possible as the environment is toxic.
Staff friendly & helpful. You might want a warm coat & brolly if you are planning to shop here during the pandemic. The second lockdown has closed many shops as they're not considered essential under the government's rules - and that includes Argos. Shoppers can still go and collect orders at stores though and get items delivered to their homes, which means Christmas shopping can continue. 5 STARS TO ARGOS FOR STANDING ON THE FRONT LINE SO THAT WE CAN ALL STILL HAVE A CHRISTMAS! You can pick up online orders at Argos stores but you can't shop inside. Is Argos open? The usual returns rules apply, for instance, you'll have to have a receipt or proof of purchase. How do I click and collect at Argos in lockdown? With click and collect you buy the item online and at the checkout choose the click and collect option. You can choose where you want to pick up the item, including at Argos, in a Sainsbury's shop where there's an Argos or at a collection point. You'll get a message telling you when your item is ready to collect which includes an order number and a collection code - keep hold of these as you'll need to show them when collecting your order. You'll have up to seven days to collect it from your chosen store.If you don't think you'll be able to collect it in time, you can extend it except for Tu clothes orders.Just go to your account online and look at recent orders.

We got cooker two weeks ago we paid for installments and to take cooker away we live in upstairs flat cooker arrived they couldn't take Cooke as had to wait fot it be installed he arrived two hrs later he couldn't take cooker on his own we phoned you you said this was priority two weeks later still here my husband 75 and took this down stair himself as it was left in living room am Appauld at your service

very rude stuff they didnt wanted to give me what i paid for ordered 3 consoles for presents and she canceled them all , i was supposed to get 1 at least after speaking with the customer service online , i never got one yet she was claiming that i had , avoid this store it is just giving bad reputation to argos
Just bought a new computer chair from this place. It was clearly not new and had partly been assembled when I opened the box. Missing parts meant that it was unable to be fully assembled. But the worst part was that there were pubic hairs in the box and on the parts. I’m beyond disgusted and will never return to Argos again.
I’d give Zero stars if possible, I tried to return a faulty item and the manageress was the rudest most unhelpful person I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Even when a customer service advisor tried to speak to her the next day, she was even rude and blunt with her. I will never buy from this store again, no way am I going to help her reach company bonuses. Utter disgrace of a woman.
