Handy for numerous walks in the area, one of which off the Ridgeway goes right past. More of a humble place, perfectly fine with a few ales , wish more obvious vegan food options. Good garden area and good choice for families
Popped in on the way home from a shopping trip, a very inviting atmosphere and lovely welcome. Our dog was welcomed in. Landlady was very friendly, good choice of beers, ales and cider. A lovely inn, will definately visit again hopefully on warmer weather so we can sit outside as there's a lovely outside seating area and a covered area with leather sofa and chairs for rainy times .
We had a meal here over the half term week the food was amazing and the staff lovely would go back again
A great selection of beers didn’t get chance to sample the food this time, but I’ve been using this pub for over 40 years.
Lovely little tucked away pub. Food was fab Good old classics steak n ale pie
Had a really nice family meal here. We were staying at haven Seaview just up the road and we walked there in about 10 minutes. Really friendly and accommodating staff and the food was brilliant
Cracking local pub. Great food,service, and atmosphere. Defo worth a visit
Popped in for a quick drink after a day’s walking the coastal path. The pub is a short walk down a lane off the main road. Service was ok but the building could do with a bit of a spruce up.
Really friendly, welcoming proper pub, lovely homemade Sunday roast and a good choice of drinks
