I would like to say many thanks to Bridal Caprice Boutique, Julia, Anna and their seamstress for impeccable service! I visited 17 bridal stores in South West London, but when I visited this shop and tried a few dresses, I knew this was the one. I couldn't thank them enough for their patience and high-level service. They helped me with everything - questions about the dress, choosing my veil, adding a buckle, a how-to lesson on how to put on the dress and much more! I'm so happy I found you guys and the dress of my dreams! <3
When coming for an appointment for my sister in law we were greeted by Julia. Who made us feel welcome and at ease. She was so knowledgeable giving great advice which in the end helped us find the dress. Julia gave my sister in law time in each dress we didn’t feel rushed compared to other appointments. Overall a great place to go a love the larger changing area for the brides to really see and feel the dresses.
Julia was fantastic! I had the best time finding a dress at the boutique. There are many options and Julia really knows her stuff. They customized my veil as well. Such a lovely place. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you again for helping me find the best dress and for making me feel amazing on my wedding day xx

Sending a HUGE thank you to Julia and the team at Bridal Caprice!! I absolutely loved my wedding dress, which was gorgeous from the start but made even more beautiful by a whole new lace train which the in-house alterations team created for me! I was floored by the final product and received so many compliments throughout the wedding day on how the dress looked as if it was made for me. I also couldn't be happier with the communication from Julia and team - from my initial appointment trying on dresses through to the final fitting, everyone in the shop was absolutely lovely and made the whole process feel seamless. I would highly recommend Bridal Caprice to others, especially if you are looking for in-house alterations to make your dress uniquely stunning!
Let's be honest here.. They were absolutely amazing to me, they took the time, they didn't rush me or push me to buy, their main goal is to make sure the future bride is the happiest and you can feel that through the whole experience with them. They also have a great range of dresses with many different styles! Couldn't recommend more! Thanks for the amazing service
It is always so daunting to go shopping for a wedding dress in the hopes of finding “the one”. Bridal Caprice was the first boutique I went to for my wedding dress journey! I am so grateful I came here and found my perfect dress. They were able to find some beautiful dresses that really matched what I wanted in my wedding dress. Once this was all ordered, I was told a month before my wedding that my dress was ready. The professional and attention to detail was marvellous. Thank you to everyone at Bridal Caprice Boutique especially Julia and Anna!
I'm so pleased I went to Bridal Caprice, I found the perfect dress on my first visit. Julia and Anna have been super helpful from day 1; it was super easy to communicate and all the fittings went really smoothly. They really know how to make you feel confident and comfortable, which is super important when you're looking for your "big day" dress. If you're looking for your dream wedding dress, look no further!
What can I say, other than Julia saved my wedding day! My original wedding dress supplier cancelled my bespoke order with them 2 weeks before my wedding due to shipping issues during Jan-April 2022. We then chose Bridal Caprice and as soon as we walked through the door, Julia put me right at ease and took off the immense stress that comes with the situation. She listened to my problem and my requirements and found me my dream dress. She and the seamstress worked hard within the tight timescales. Time and care was taken at each appointment to make sure the dress was practical to my taste and the details were perfect. Highly recommended Julia and Bridal Caprice whether you're in a predicament or even if stress free. All the best to this store.
