Pronovias is high-end and one of the most luxurious brands for wedding dresses and I dreamt about it getting my dress for years. I had my first appointment at the Bond Street boutique, all went extremely well thanks to Teresa, she is outstanding; her professionalism and knowledge helped me find my dream dress, making my experience memorable and special. The store itself is also beautiful, from the display, interior to the lighting, it’s immaculate and stunning. All dresses are in amazing quality, impressive design and detail, I initially chose lace fabric but fell in love with Mikado as I tried on. Looking forward to returning to the store for my fitting!
My first encounters with Pronovias didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped, with the sales associates being somewhat unresponsive and distant. However, during my first fitting, my opinion completely changed. The seamstress who handled my fitting Alex, along with Mar who I believe is the manager, were incredibly sweet and attentive. Although I was upset about a few details, they took the time to reassure me and address my concerns. I left feeling very happy and much more confident in the process.
From the minute I walked into the store and was introduced to my stylist, Rebeca, I immediately felt at ease. I was able to relax and have a look around their dresses whilst she pulled some of the dresses that I had selected online. We were also offered a wee glass of bubbles. Rebeca was so lovely and patient throughout the whole appointment and brought a great level of excitement, fun, calm and expertise. Whilst trying on dresses in the most spacious of dressing room she answered any questions we had, and was so knowledgeable and professional. Even though there were few other dresses I loved online that weren’t in store, the main dress that held a wee place in my heart since 2019 was the dress - it was the first dress that she had me try on too and when I did we all had goosebumps. I was also able to try on veils/headpieces too. We travelled from Edinburgh/Northern Ireland and this was my first dress appointment since getting engaged and it was the only place I envisaged getting my dress and I honestly had the most wonderful of experiences. Totally worth a visit and if you can, please ask for Rebeca. I cannot wait to be a Pronovias bride. Xx
This was the first wedding dress shop I went to and it was just incredible. I went with my mum and aunt, and we were made to feel so welcomed and special. We had a large room just for us and were able to look at anything we wanted to. My consultant, Federica, was sublime! She went above and beyond and offered her advice and knowledge that showed she was a true expert. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
Loved my experience at Pronovias. Took 3 friends to accompany me and we had an amazing time trying on different dresses. With Fernanda’s help, I was able to find my dream wedding dress on my first visit, and I am really happy. She was very professional and patient, and I could not have had someone better to help with such an important decision. Thank you so much!
We loved the experience of wedding dress shopping at Pronovias !! Fernanda was extremely helpful and kind, she completely understood what I wanted and chose the dress I ended up falling in love with for me, just in the 5th try. I said yes to the dress immediately. Lovely experience !! 10/10 would recommend.
Wonderful experience finding my wedding dress here and working with Despina for my alterations - I would absolutely advise requesting to see her for your fittings!! In between getting measured when purchasing my gown and my first fitting, I went down two dress sizes, meaning my measurements were significantly different at that point - Despina spent a significant amount of time meticulously re-pinning my dress to make sure the fit was absolutely perfect. This week I went back for my final fitting and it is better than I could’ve imagined - it fits like a glove!!! I am so happy with the entire fitting process because of her and really looking forward to showing it off on my wedding day.
I had a fabulous experience at Pronovias London. It was really easy to book an appointment and I was able to send all of my favourites over to my stylist, Teresa, ahead of time I had to do this via email as it wouldn't allow me to 'Share with a store' on the website. When my mum and I arrived, Teresa had all my gowns ready for me to try on. The appointment was lovely and we were able to enjoy 90mins in complete privacy in the beautiful changing room. Absolutely excellent experience - totally worth the money for the appointment at the flagship store! The dresses are top quality, my stylist Amy was fantastic, this didn’t even compare to when I visited other dress shops! Thank you so much for the amazing experience
Despina was absolutely brilliant seamstress. I cannot reccomend her more!! She knew the exact type of underwear to buy. She was so reassuring ; buying a dress whilst pregnant and then wearing it when breastfeeding was no mean feat and she knew exactly how to manage it with ease. She also encouraged me to keep breastfeeding which I am so glad I did for the wedding day. Thank you so much for reassuring me and your expertise with the lingerie department.
