Caroline Castigliano in Knightsbridge not only gave me my dream dress, but also a fantastic experience. Working through Covid and beyond, the team were professional and skilful as you’d expect, but also very kind and patient when accommodating me and my bridal party throughout. Whether it was holding the phone whilst I zoom-called my mum so she could see the dresses, or feeding the girls champagne as I was expertly measured once we could all be in the room. And the end result… well judge for yourself.
My Caroline Castigliano gown was everything I have ever dreamed of. It fit beautifully and I loved every second of wearing it!! Thank you to the whole team at Knightsbridge for making the whole experience so seamless from start to finish. Thank you also for shipping my dress all the way to Australia. You are all stars

Adrienne, Monika and the team were so genuinely wonderful, friendly, honest and give you the most personal experience you feel so special! As a body conscious person I was dreading the dress process but they made the whole experience so fun and I felt totally comfortable and understood the whole time. Thank you all for making the dress process such a memorable one and for all your kindness. And THE DRESS! The most beautiful wedding dress!!! Choosing my dress from Caroline Castigliano was easily one of the best decisions. From start to finish, their service was exceptional and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. At first, choosing my dress wasn't easy all of the designs are beautiful and so many of them match the style I had in mind. After choosing my dream dress, the team were incredible with bringing to life bespoke elements and helping me with shoes/accessory styling. My mum and I had the best time coming in for my fittings, and now we look back at the entire experience of choosing my dress together as a really special memory. Thank you to everyone at Caroline Castigliano!
From the minute I stepped into the flagship Knightsbridge store I was greeted by Adrienne and the team who looked after me so well and helped me find my dream dress! The service was as exquisite as expected given how reputable the brand is for quality and style. The dresses and material are so beautiful and the team really work with you to understand what you want to not just look, but feel like. Caroline herself was there for my first fitting which was such a privilege. I felt so wonderful on our wedding day and loved wearing my dress so much, I’ve had so many lovely compliments and feel so lucky that the whole Experience was fantastic from start to finish - thank you to the whole team!
The team at Caroline Castigliano are fantastic. I felt like Adrienne wanted to get a real grasp of the type of wedding we were having so she could show me dresses that would be right for the day. Throughout the process they were extremely patient, kind and helpful and my dress was everything I had hoped for on the day. I almost bought the dress through one of their stockists before visiting the Knightsbridge boutique and deciding to have it made by them directly, it was worth every penny. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
Caroline and her team made me feel incredibly special from the moment I attended my first consultation to my final fitting. The team were so welcoming and friendly and I knew I was in the best hands possible. Nothing was too much to ask and my dress was fitted to perfection. Caroline's gowns are timeless and I couldn't be happier with my choice for my wedding gown.
I recently visited the Knightsbridge store for my first wedding dress try on and had a fantastic time! I went in without knowing what style I wanted and Adrienne helped me to understand the shape that suited me most. Adrienne was friendly and welcoming and made my first experience trying on dresses unforgettable. She was so knowledgable and showed me so many options some of which I never thought I’d suit but they did!. Myself, mum and maid of honour left the store with smiles on our faces, having the store to ourselves and a glass of bubbly made the whole experience one to remember. We can’t thank Adrienne enough for a brilliant experience and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for their wedding dress.
Lovely dresses and lovely staff! Adrienne and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help me with the dress search. Due to lower budget and limited time left to the wedding, I was looking at sample dresses. Unfortunately, did not settle with the dress here, but I would recommend this place to anyone who's has the right budget. Good luck to the team!
To start the Caroline Castigliano team created such a magical experience for me from the first day I stepped into the Boutique in Knightsbridge. The "finding a dress" process was not one I was particularly looking forward to, however Caroline herself was there on my first visit and alongside her team was very reassuring. I work in high end interiors, so I knew I was going to be particularly picky about materials and quality and the fist time I slipped on the Lyla dress I knew I had nothing to be concerned about. Exquisitely made pieces, simple, elegant and timeless. This mixed with the impeccable service and super talented tailor, made for the dreamiest dress which was not only beautiful, but also comfortable for the entire day - something to consider! I miss the process of choosing my dress every time I walk past the boutique. Thank you Caroline Castigliano Team, forever grateful. xxx
