I was recommended Emma Victoria Payne by a friend whose wedding dress she designed a few years back, and from the moment I met her, I knew she was the perfect designer for me. Emma's commitment to creating a unique wedding dress for every bride is remarkable and something I hadn't thought possible. Her talent, dedication, and kindness are unparalleled.  I had a clear vision in mind, and Emma truly brought it to life. The entire process was amazing and incredibly fun, from the initial sketches to the final fittings. Emma and her team are incredibly skilled, and I felt truly listened to every step of the way.  I never imagined having a dress made especially for me, and the dress was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Emma, you made my wedding day even more special, and I will cherish the memories of this beautiful dress forever. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with you. Emma was an absolute delight to work with and she made my wedding dress experience so special. She really listened to what my preferences were and was extremely patient at every appointment. Emma is such a talented designer and she created my dream wedding dress - I couldn't recommend her more!

Emma made my amazing dress! And it was perfect!! I would do it with her over and over again! She translated the references I brought to our first meeting into a beautiful dress sketch, nailing it at the first attempt! Then she got fabric samples and added details that gave to the dress the effect I was looking for - modern, classy, unique. We had a few pleasant sessions to get all the details impeccable, and she was always so attentive, so efficient and such a delight. I am eternally grateful! Couldn’t recommend more!

The experience of having my dress made by Emma was incredible from start to finish.She was so friendly and calming and I felt absolutely no pressure in the shop which was such a contrast from all the other dress places. The dress couldn’t have been more beautiful and elegant - I wish I could wear it again and again. Emma has a beautiful store in Chelsea with a lovely collection of Hayley Paige Occasions Bridesmaids dresses. Both me and my sister were looking for bridesmaids dresses for our weddings, and we both loved the quality and finish of the dresses. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I had a clear vision of my 'dream' dress and Emma turned it into reality. Emma's boutique is just gorgeous and she gives so much time to each bride. Emma also did my bridesmaids dresses - they all looked gorgeous and their dresses fitted perfectly. I would recommend Emma to any bride to be.

Emma was amazing and she made my wedding dress experience genuinely perfect. Her dress designs are exquisite and she is so creative, where you can “build” your own dress using different elements so it was exactly what I wanted and my final dress was much better than I had been able to imagine. She was so flexible and understanding even with all the covid uncertainty, going above and beyond.

Emma makes the whole experience of wedding dress shopping so easy and enjoyable. Having visited numerous other shops before finding Emma, I was getting very disheartened, but from the moment of meeting Emma in her beautiful shop I knew I was in the right place. All her dresses are stunning, beautifully made with exquisite materials. She made the whole process fun and easy and nothing was ever too much trouble.
