My experience with browns brides was so special. Hwaida was so helpful in helping me find my perfect dress and helped me so much from the first appointment to the last fitting. My seamstress, Mojgan was truly incredible. She helped me feel relaxed from the moment I met her and ensured my dress was perfectly fitted to me. She was amazing and went out of her way to ensure I was happy with every aspect of my dress. I think back to the whole process so fondly. The 2 of them are angels. I highly recommend brown’s brides in helping you find the dress, couldn’t have dreamt for a better experience.

I have photographed many brides who have purchased their bridal dresses from Browns Bride, and every one has been perfection. A recent wedding at Syon Park was a great example. The couple were originally supposed to get married in 2020 so had been on quite a journey with postponements and choosing to start a family. The bride looked incredible and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Browns Bride.

Browns Bride was my second appointment after an underwhelming first earlier in the day at another store. Browns was exactly how I had imagined wedding dress shopping. Angie was amazing and made the experience so special for myself and the bridal party. She listened to what I wanted and gave her expert opinion and ultimately found me my dream dress! It was one of the best afternoons of my life and I recommend to any other bride!

I got my dress here for my wedding last month in Argentina. The entire team is wonderful. In particular, Katie did all of my fittings. She was so understanding and willing to get everything just right. During the craziness leading up to our wedding, I always looked forward to coming in for my fittings! A very lovely place... I had such a wonderful experience trying on dresses with Angie. I went in on my own and she made me feel so incredibly comfortable and gave her honest opinion on each dress. Would highly recommended for the amazing dresses and the first class service from Angie. Can’t wait for my follow up appointment!

Had my first bridal dress shop appointment at Browns Galia Lahav trunk show. I had Angie as my consultant, and she was incredible! I was really nervous given it was my first bridal shop appointment, but Angie made me feel very at ease and comfortable during the appointment, including helping me in and out of the dresses, answering any questions I had and giving advice on the dresses.  **Update: Having been to a few more bridal shops after Browns, I would say that that the experience has been better at other shops. My stylist Angie was amazing, but I would say the thing I found slightly odd about Browns was that:  1. I was told I wasn't really allowed to take any videos/pictures during the appointment on my phone and if I wanted to, I would need to do it with them not around not looking. I'm not sure whether this was because this was a new collection/trunk show, etc. So I felt slightly awkward. As a bride trying on dresses for the first time, pictures/videos were important for me as of course it was for my memory, so that I can remember my bridal shopping experience as you only ever experience it once in your life!. My family isn't based in the UK and I wanted to send them some pictures & videos of the dresses I tried on. I did manage to take pictures with the dress on but I had to often take it really quick as I felt slightly restricted/awkward due to being told we weren't really allowed to take pics. I found this odd, as having been to other bridal shops, they have always encouraged me to take all the pictures I need with the dress on. Because I can then go away and look back at the pictures to see how I really feel about the dress & if I really do love it I can always come back to try the dress for the second time and then say yes to the dress!  2. Secondly, when you try a dress on, it can look very different in person vs in pictures. From experience, you may love the dress in person, but in photos, it may not look as great. And this is important especially because you are going to be photographed on the day. Therefore, being able to take pics with the dress on was important for me. I did find a Galia Lahav dress that I absolutely loved at Browns. I remembered loving it when it was on me. However, its really hard for me to visualise it on me again, because I only took 2 pictures on the day with this dress because I felt slightly restricted with the no photo policy! And the 2 pictures I took with the dress on, weren't the greatest pictures! I wished I had taken a few more, from different angles.  3. For some of the strapless dresses I tried on - I was told that I could always add an off-shoulder strap to the dress. In other boutiques, they have always shown me what it would look like with an off shoulder strap and they would pin it on to show what it would look like. However, wasn't really shown this during the appointment, so I had to visualise it myself!  4. Also for future brides, if you are going to book an appointment, I would recommend booking a 2 hour appointment like I did, as they usually offer a 1 hour appointment, which in my opinion is way too short.  Anyhow, I didn't have a bad experience. I think having just been to other bridal shops, I felt like the service was definitely much better at other shops!

Browns was my first bridal appointment, I was very nervous as I am not a standard sample wedding dress size. From start to finish, Angie made us all feel so welcome and relaxed. My family and i had lunch after and gushed about how wonderful she was! She also knew what would suit my figure, she has a great eye when it comes to wedding dresses, its no surprise as she has worked in the industry so long! Would definitely recommend a bridal appointment with Angie.

I bought my wedding dress from Brown's bride in 2023. Everything went as expected with my order and I did not have any issues. Agnes has been so helpful during our appointments, she provided me with recommendations based on what I was looking for and her honest opinion on the dresses. She was very patient while I tried on probably 10 dresses in total, but above all she was very friendly and pleasant. Once the dress arrived very quickly and even earlier than expected, Katie was responsible for the alterations process. In addition to the usual alternations to make the dress exactly my size, I also asked her to create some off the shoulder sleeves for my dress that would be removable and re-attachable, which turned out amazing and looked like they were part of the original dress. Katie was also very pleasant and provided her own ideas based on her experience for the alternations. I was very pleased with the final result! The dress was amazing and I received so many good comments on the day of the wedding. Thank you Browns Bride team!

I visited Browns Bride today and I wanted to thank Lauren for making my first experience of trying on a wedding dress such a great one. As soon as I entered the store I felt at ease and relaxed. Lauren was incredible. She was so lovely, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It was clear she loves her job and her passion shines through. We had a great time at Browns brides and cannot thank her enough for a very memorable experience. She also helped me pick out a truly stunning dress. Thank you so much!
