The team at Bramley sold my Porsche 911 50th Anniversary Edition and it was as smooth a transaction you could wish for. They communicated really well, handled all the paperwork and financial transaction efficiently and pain free. If and when I come to buy or sell my next car I will be talking to Simon and Jack at Bramley. Main dealers could learn a thing or two on how to give excellent customer service.
Having spoken to Jack on Monday about the car I was interested in exchanged a number of emails & What’s App messages to confirm everything. Picked up car on Saturday which was in immaculate condition. Jack was a pleasure to do business with both professional and extremely knowledgable about the industry. Also the showroom is simply incredible place to visit with some of the most sort after cars on the market. I will certainly be buying my next car from them as they are clearly at the top of market in what they do . Outstanding customer service.

I can honestly say what a pleasure it was to deal with Bramley Motor Cars, an absolutely outstanding customer experience from the moment I visited to taking delivery and beyond. Friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. Vehicles are of a very high calibre and presented with great attention to detail. My personal experience was dealing with Jack but having visited there premises I have no doubt the rest of the team would offer an equal level of service. Viewing the vehicle, I was given as much time as needed and at no time felt rushed or pressured. Communication throughout the transaction was excellent and the vehicle hand over seamless. If you are considering one of their vehicles then I would confidently recommend them. Thank you Bramley Motor Cars, two months on and still very happy with the purchase.
Bramley Motors provided an absolute first class service when we purchased our 718. Communication was excellent, efficient and Jack was flawless from start to finish. The team at Bramley Motors retain an extremely high level of vehicle knowledge and customer service which is way beyond any other showroom. Their stock is immaculate and it is always a pleasure to speak with them. If you need a great vehicle combined with great customer service then visit Bramley Motors. A great place to pay a visit if you're looking for something a little bit special. I picked up a new Range Rover from Bramley Motors after talking to Jack who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They have some amazing cars in their showroom, so definitely worth a visit!
I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Bramley, with specific thanks to the awesome Jack who assisted with my purchase of a Porsche 911 4S. He was never pushy, responded via emails within 24 hrs, and was very kind to show me all of their other stock over the course of a few hours, even on his Saturday off. Their selection of low mileage, very high end, performance cars is easily the best in the area I hate to think what their site insurance is! and I thoroughly recommend them.
it was a pleasure dealing with Jack and the team, very straight forward no fluff and no feeling like you've been mugged!. the cars are presented and handed over in amazing shape. I will certainly be calling on Jack when I get my next bout of itchy feet!
