Friendly and attentive Company. Sam was excellent in ensuring our purchase was to our satisfaction. Would certainly recommend buying from Wilmoths Guildford. Decided to buy another brand new Citroen and Sam came up with the goods. On specifying what I wanted, luck had it that a car matching exactly what I wanted was being delivered on the back of a transporter!! Brilliant service and picked it up the following week.
They were great had to book a last min MOT due to a slight medical issue. They got me in even though they didn't have much space. Decided to get a service done as well. Reasonable price and added bonus they cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Would use them again without question. Also the receptionist is amazing
Daniel at Wilmoths Citroen was very helpful and well informed. I had sent an email a few days before asking for specific information about the Citroen C3 and he answered all my questions in detail so we made an appointment to visit today. I wish all car salesmen were like Daniel! He didn't keep us waiting when we arrived but came out as soon as we'd parked, had rememberd our names, had the cars we wanted to see ready and available, knew the details and prices without having to look it up, and listened to what we said rather than coming out with a long and boring prepared sales speech. He answered all our questions fully and honestly. Also he didn't put pressure on us to pay a deposit at once but allowed us time to think about it. So a 5-star rating for Wilmoths.
I would highly recommend anyone to check out Wilmoths at Guildford. My own local Citroen dealer had closed down, so I searched and found this dealership and gave them a call. Sam Auger was very helpful on the phone and also when I arrived at the showroom. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was given a welcome cup of tea. I had the pleasure of being Sam's first Motability customer, and I have to say that he was very thorough and efficient. If he wasn't quite sure of something, he was straight on the phone to someone who was able to assist without delay. He was thoroughly professional from start to finish, yet relaxed, friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to give a first class customer service. He even arranged to have my old car cleaned for me, as I was unable to do this myself, and personally swapped over my boot carpet, walking stick and child car seat to the new car for me, as well as checking my old car over to make sure I'd not left anything in it. the other staff members were just as friendly and helpful, and I can honestly say that I've never had such great service from any dealership before. It was certainly worth me driving 20 miles each way to get to this dealership, and I'd do so again in a heart beat. Well done to all at Wilmoths!!
Very friendly, willing sales team. As we were buying the car mainly for one of our dogs, Dave suggested coming back with him for a 'test drive'. Sam then took over from the test drive onwards. Extremely happy with the service, the vehicle was very well presented and would recommend Wilmoths to anyone.
Wilmoths is not my local dealer as it has closed down, however after calling the dealership and speaking with Sam, who was very helpful and friendly, I decided it was worth the journey out there. I am glad I did as I got the answers to all my questions and was made to feel very welcome by the staff. I dealt with Sam and was so happy with the service that I bought my new car there and then. I would definitely recommend Wilmoths to any of my friends. Overall a very pleasant experience

The team at this dealership are outstanding. I had a nightmare of a time when my car broke down, not once but twice for two completely separate issue in the space of a week. Kearan and chelsea in the service department were very helpful and kept me up to date on what was happening and nothing was too much trouble, even giving me a loan car last minute over the weekend. After deciding that I no longer wanted my car David in the sales department made buying a new car very easy and stress free, giving me all available options and was very patient with all my questions and I wasn’t made to feel under any pressure to make a decision quickly. I will certainly be using this place for future services etc and for my next car in 4 years : thank you again.
The sales executive and manager were both very helpful . I have secured the purchase of a demonstrator vehicle at a very good price. I Willl only need to wait a week to drive the vehicle back to my home. Thanks again
Bought a used C1 from Wilmoths for my daughter back in October. I informed Sales Executive David Daly of my budget, and he found me an older, low milage model - perfect as a first car for my daughter. I never felt pressured into anything and David kept me fully informed at all times. I was so impressed with the service I received, I have recently purchased another used car from them for myself a C3, this time dealing with the equally helpful Sam Auger. Again, nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend Wilmoths .
