Well, once again I've left Lookers with a bad taste in my mouth... and out of tune steering, a cracked windscreen, and a bill of £1600 which I had expected. I'm glad I didn't agree to having the new windscreen washer system installed, they work fine!!!!! They even topped them up for me!!!!! I only had the van in there for a full service, the second part of my service plan that I paid for when I bought the van, it was a good deal! Although that wasn't what happened was it? They tried to fob me off with an oil change, and told me they had done me a favour by replacing a light bulb! Having reported this to Volkswagen, they took the van back in to replace the filters, so why now has my service light come on again? and why now do I need a full service again?????? PATHETIC!!!!!!! How am I supposed to stay loyal to a company who attitude towards it customers is absolutely disgusting?? When I was sat in there yesterday paying my bill, you could hear them back chatting there customers as they put the phone down? Probably because they are getting the same treatment as me!

if you want a new or nearly new vw van. then they will probably have one to have a go in. too expensive for me. i like my new citroen depatch!

Terrible service on a service and MOT booking for a leased VW van. Vehicle was booked for a service and MOT in November and was told it was all completed and certificate would be uploaded to the DVLA so that the leasing company could tax the vehicle. Both my leasing company and myself chased this up in December as it had not been uploaded and was promised it would be done. I have just come back to work on the 2nd Jan to find it has still not been done, my van tax has now run out and I cannot tax my vehicle until this is sorted. An absolutely dreadful service and still no resolution!! I cannot use the vehicle until it is sorted

The place visited today was Lookers Skoda, (and Volkswagen Van Centre). They're really nice people, they're very welcoming and friendly, and do a good job servicing vehicles, (and wash & vacuum vehicles after carrying out services - as a courtesy).
