Why is it so hard to get someone to answer the phone!!! Yet when you walk in there's loads of people standing about chatting. The boss need to work on training their staff better.

Despite having moved more than 35 miles away I still come back to this dealership for all servicing and repairs. Quite simply because they are friendly, accommodating, professional and don't try to overcharge for work done. After being quoted upwards of £500 for a quick parts replacement by one local dealership and over £150 by another (neither of which could see me for three weeks), Land Rover in Peasmarsh did it for £75 and within three days. Highly recommended then for any of your service needs.

Not the same since Hunters took over Guava.... had been a customer of Guava for more than 10 years with many Discoverys, my Defender and Freelander but wont be going back. Will and James took great care but really going downhill now and more expensive too!

If I could give negative stars I would. This place has gone SERIUOSLY downhill since Guava was taken out by Hunters. Jobs are invented (at full Land Rover prices) for work that does not need doing (but mysteriously don't get done if you ask for the old part to be kept!). I will never go back and I suggest you find anywhere but here to get your Land Rover serviced.
