Bounds Green Underground Station is served by the Piccadilly line the ticket hall area is a wide large size with a photo booth and sweet shop. There is only stairs and escalators to the platforms no lifts available. Its a normal basic underground station that does its job. Bowes Park train station is roughly a 5 to 10 minute walk from here.

It would be very useful if google maps could update that there are no Piccadilly line trains between Cockfosters and woodgreen until further notice

27 April 2024 ...took one of the last trains from Finsbury Park this morning. Train didn't stop at Bounds Green. Dumped @ Arnos Grove. No southbound bus.

Nice area. Lots of eateries kebab, fish, chicken burgers, etc & coffee shops. Sub-post office & 7-days a week, independent supermarkets.

This highly regarded “Modernist” octangular red-brick station remains the commanding presence on an unremarkable local streetscape.nFunctionally adequate and sedately suburban with frequent trains and a bounty of buses flitting about.nMark Wallinger’s unique labyrinth here numbered #222/270.*n* apparently the number 222 represents happiness.
