Mamas & Papas

Very helpful staff. We got our pram and car seat from here. We have had some issues but staff have been very helpful getting things sorted. Lovely store good changing facilities and a feeding room.

Really great visit to mamas and papas, we spoke to an extremely knowledgeable sales consultant who didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need and was very open and honest about her views of what would be needed and the products benefits and negatives.

We purchased a £550.00 buggy online, on receipt we changed our mind and decided to return (unopened box), to return it costs £40 so we decided to return to store (Gallagher Retail Park, Axletree Way, Birmingham WS10 9QY) The store experience was absolutely shocking, from the moment the store assistant and manger saw us they had a very negative attitude towards the refund. My wife credit card was replaced since we made the original purchase, we provided evidence of this but the store refused to refund and insisted on putting £550.00 onto a gift card!! I was even told to leave the store for speaking!!! At the end they said they have to refer matter to head office, it has now been 15 days and after 5 calls we still have not received the promised refund. Please avoid

Considering the shop is called ''Mamas & Papas'' the staff focus appears to be only aimed at the female parent. Disgusted with service, kind of just ignores the guys and have the attitude they're just the Dad and only appear to communicate with the female shopper.. Think we'll be getting our products from ''Mothercare'' where the name suggests it may be aimed at the ''Mother'' but offer fab none discriminatory service to both sex parents. Wonder how Mamas and Papas in Wednesbury would treat a same sex couple!!

Nice store with a good range of baby products. We managed to catch their sale and bought some bargains.
