Not happy at all stuff are rude!!! I went in yesterday to exchange something and the lady at the till was very rude and said I couldn't exchange my item coz it was a few days out of date but I had my receipt and only wanted an exchange I didn't ask for my money back! So I left annoyed and went to readswood and they exchanged it for me straight away and were very friendly I was served by Wendy at that store and she was lovely and wasn't happy about the way I was treated!
