Amy at wednesbury B&M was so friendly and helpful. She packed my bags for me without me even having to ask, as I’m in a wheelchair, and she really went above and beyond. She is an absolute credit to the store. Another lovely member of staff, whose name I didn’t catch, also moved some cages out of my way without me asking. B&M has some genuinely caring and helpful staff.nnMy only criticism is that the store really needs air conditioning for the workers. It gets extremely hot in there, and I feel so sorry for them, especially during the heatwaves we’ve had. They deserve to be working in more comfortable conditions.

went to this store to exchange an item for another one. About five minutes before I was posting this feedback on Google, this incident happened. The manager, although the exchange was eventually done, was extremely rude and unhelpful. On top of that, the items we received were packed with incorrect prices, which added to my frustration.nnI felt completely disrespected as a customer and, because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this store. I hope the management addresses this behavior and improves customer service.

My son had me travelling around looking for the new Stranger Things drinks!nLuckily we found them here, but not many were left.nA huge store with wide aisles and lots of products. Quite clean. Not many members of staff to be seen though.nGreat prices.nPlenty of free parking.nHardly any queue.nA pleasant visit.

I've either come on a really bad day or this is the worst B&M I've been to. Multiple aisles had cages in with stock on to be worked but no one working them, the floor were dirty with and leaves, like seriously how hard is it to run around with a broom? But worst part for me is they actually make it hard to shop! Multiple products has no labels or had the wrong labels. There were also multiple boxes that were wet and had water damage and a few items that had mould on them.

Huge store, many varieties, competitive prices .but most of their checkouts are without assistance.
