I loved this place as you can find everything for your home kitchen equipments, bathroom, bedroom, clothes, books and a coffeeshop, the prices a surprisingly logical if compared to other places among UK. The staff were very friendly and nice. Overall, a very recommended place.
It's always a pleasure to shop here. Yesterday was an exception. Our customer service experience was the best. So praise and thanks to Mandy who works on the Roman clothes section. Very helpful she listened to what I was wanting, was caring and professional. Excellent customer service. Thank you
After a couple of more recent visits, thought it about time I added some comments. I still believe my 4* rating to be a fair one as there's nothing that would, in my estimation, warrant that extra star. Still a great place to visit for the possibility of picking up that 'must have' bargain. Did find a couple of examples on my previous visit, but sadly not on my most recent. My biggest issue is finding an item of clothing that you get excited over, only to find that everything on the racks is either small or super large.
First time we have been here and will not be the last. The shop has a vast range of stock where you can truly find something for everyone. The staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant. Although we didn't have time to go in the cafe it looks brilliant and we will definitely stop for a coffee on our next visit. Cannot believe we have only just discovered this little gem. Thank you
Clean, bright and spacious store with plenty of choice in clothes. Good prices too. Especially great for footwear, kitchen ware, bedding and gifts. BB's coffee shop is reasonably priced too. Looking forward to more Christmas stock being available.
Top of the range quality items ranging from household accessories to clothing. Situated just off the motorway. I only discovered this place as I was heading towards ikea. I must say I was really impressed by the selection of item and pricing was competitive too.
Love the store. Plenty of variety. The cafe update looks good, but why do they now supply only a cup of tea, which does not look very big, instead of the pot of tea that used to be available. Price has gone up and you now get less. Rather disappointed.
Just want to say a big thank you to Janine on the footwear department for all her help and patience helping me to find a pair of boots to fit me. Staff were so pleasant and could not do enough to help me. Lovely shopping experience indeed.
First and foremost the café is abysmal, toastie are just toast with no filling. The salad is for a baby rabbit, do not recommend, my mother asked for extra cheese on her jacket potato and they said it's portion control and they won't do this. The shop is okay. Nice wedding hats
Shop itself is brilliant. So much choice and great prices too however avoid the cafe. £2.75 for what was described as large latte to be served in a small cup is a total rip off. Sorry to say willnotbe visiting the cafe again
