One star too many in my account. Drinks are incredibly overpriced, but I forgave UNTIL I found a large lump of dirty plastic in my £6 drink. It was my final drink of the evening, so I requested a refund. In return for my request, the manageress swore aggressively at me. Have never experienced service like this in my life. Heads up- if you plan on going here, you may have rubbish in your drink, and you may also become a victim to what I can only describe as a torrent of filthy language.
