Always my favourite place to work out!

Great little gym yes it's small and not like all fancy ones around but theres loads of machines there that do the job. I like that its very closed in and your not  on show with windows everywhere. A great womens only gym with showers. Friendly staff.

if you like to lift any kind of weight DO NOT GO HERE. Heaviest dumbells are 30lbs, no squat rack or bench press. There's a smith machine if you're willing to sacrifice form but the heaviest plate

Amazing gym. Great staff, super helpful.

Great changing and shower facilities and a very empowering women-only space, which I love.

Equipment is extremely old and broken. The showers have no cold water so the use of sauna is basically useless. Imagine to come out of sauna and don't have cold water to go under.... Overall, small, worn off, relatively quiet gym. However, two stars for it is ladies only.
