One of the very best weightlifting clubs in the United Kingdom. Superb coaches, excellent facility and a warm and inviting atmosphere. I really enjoy coming here.

Best gym for people who are into Powerlifting or Weightlifting. Everyone at the club is extremely friendly. They also hold lots of divisional qualifiers for the sports mentioned earlier throughout the year.

Good powerlifting gym. Gets extremely hot at times

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere with well-managed facilities. I came in to get some advice on my squat technique and they were happy to spend some time with me. Highly recommended.

Had my first session at BGWLC and was really impressed with the friendliness and quality of coaching. Definitely worth a look if you’re in the area, especially if you are a beginner to Olympic Weightlifting.

I've been here for Women's introduction to weightlifting class and I loved it. The girls that showed us the exercises and checked on us, Laura and Silvia, were so nice,  friendly and helpful. An experience to recommend

Visited on a trip to London. Coaches and members made me feel so welcome. Wish I lived nearer so I could train here.
