Love love love London fields fitness. Spin is great and I am just getting into rocket yoga. Lots of other classes there which are always really popular! No frills but super friendly and really affordable!
Excellent fitness studio, friendly owner & staff, everyone who attends the studio seems friendly an amazing amount of classes for a great price, also holds events for Valentine’s Day & Christmas, you get a feeling of community whilst training here, it’s well worth visiting if you live locally or willing to travel.
One of my favourite spots.. what can I say. Class pass is super affordable, classes are fun and a great full body workout! If you wanna let loose, tone up whilst enjoying yourself, this is the place for youalso the people / owner are super down to earth.. makes a change from gymming on your own!
I can’t recommend London Fields Fitness spin classes highly enough. Every class is different and challenging - no chance of getting bored during the 45 min class! The instructors are fun, friendly and knowledgeable, and as there are only 8 - 10 bikes in the studio, they’re attentive to each and every person in the class. Expect nightclub lighting, banging tunes and an extremely sweaty face by the end of the class! Also; you can’t find better value for money for a spin class in London. Really, I’ve looked.
Friendly, welcoming of all levels and so good for keeping fit - and just £6. I love the flexibility of dropping in at the last minute. They have a great array of classes - always good fun, even when it's slightly torturous!
The classes are really fun and great for all skill levels. I started coming here only 3 months ago and already noticed a huge difference. The instructors are fantastic and make everyone feel welcome
I've been coming to London Fields Fitness for a while now. It is the friendliest and most fun gym I have ever used in any country. There's no rubbish with joining and memberships. You pay as you go and the classes are very reasonable, usually a fiver a time. And the classes are tremendous! For example, I do the circuit class on a Monday night, the Warriors class on a Tuesday, and another circuit class on Wednesday, with a yoga class on Friday. At the weekend there are Sapan's Booty Camp classes, which get the blood moving after a night out. There are also private trainers who charge around £40 an hour. They're good. The gym is run by Sapan. It's his personality that makes London Fields Fitness work so well. He'll work you hard in say Warriors and Booty Camp but it's done with such infectious good humour that you forget the agony. This is the best little gym in London. I love it.
