Paragon is an absolutely phenomenal boxing gym. Its very raw and traditional. All the trainers are top notch, friendly and super helpful. I've gone for 0 to sparing confidently and safely in no time. Definitely worth every penny.
Incredible beginners kickboxing session. Stuart and the 2 supporting coaches were incredibly high energy and their enthusiasm was infectious. Great workout and learned 4 moves, with loads of 1-1 coaching to perfect technique during the warm up and the moves themselves. Excited to complete the course!
The best! Paragon is such a wonderful place with amazing people with passion to martial arts. Highly recommended!
Amazing instructors, great value, and a warm, friendly, inclusive atmosphere. The vibe at Paragon is one of the best I’ve experienced at any gym. Great for any experience level, and particularly good for beginners.
Updated for social distancing and still a friendly, welcoming place to work out
