I’ve been training here for over six months and this is one of the best gyms to train at! I really love Paragon gym and the instructors. They truly care and will be there to support you throughout your kickboxing and boxing journey! The students and teachers are awesome and some of the best humans I’ve had the privilege of getting to know.
Immaculate vibes. Excellent coaches. Just finished the 8 week beginners course and couldn’t recommend more, I’ve had a good laugh every lesson, got a good sweat on and made some new friends. By far the most inclusive and friendly community Ive encountered in London by miles. My only regret is not discovering this place and kickboxing sooner! It’s now the highlight of my week and I’d come every day if I could.
Such a great place for body and mind. All people and all levels welcome, great vibes, very professional and skilled instructors. The team makes you feel at home from day one and there is not that cult-like mentality that would've put me off. Learning from the best, sweating your heart out, while having fun!
The staff here are amazing. The instructors really invest in people and are good at spotting individuals who may need support or who may be ready to go to the next level.
Paragon gym is the best gym ever ! Randomly joined a kickboxing class in 2022 and it's the best thing I could ever do ! Any class is great and the trainers are TOP ! Not just a gym but a real family where we all progress and learn. Big thanks to Stuart and the whole fantastic team ! Osu
I nervously joined a beginner boxing class in August 2019 having no previous experience. Quickly I felt like part of the Paragon family. Almost 3 years later I can’t imagine life without Paragon. Every instructor is top quality and has their own style. You can learn something from all of them. I’ve always been made to feel very welcome. Love this Gym and the Team! Just wrapped up the beginners course and definitely working the levels up and then sign. Great instructors with great energy. No ego fighting, very fun atmosphere and amazing workout. Osu Paragon-Team
Paragon is an absolutely phenomenal boxing gym. Its very raw and traditional. All the trainers are top notch, friendly and super helpful. I've gone for 0 to sparing confidently and safely in no time. Definitely worth every penny.
I have just completed the 8 week level one course, and I would like to say that my experience at Paragon has been incredible. The staff are phenomenal, as are the more experienced practitioners who are quick to offer guidance and assistance wherever they can. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and the approach to training is not only patient and beginner friendly but also comes with enough experience to really draw out your potential as well as challenge people who have been doing this for years. It was amazing to see my classmates and I go from a group that barely spoke or made eye contact with each other on the first day, unsure of our abilities or what to expect, to being chatty, excited, focused and using techniques and going through drills we were certain would be outside of our capabilities by the end of the 8 weeks.
This is not just a gym with boxing classes; it’s a family that supports you every step of the way. Thank you, Stuart, Liz, Reece, Mark, Alex, Salomon and others!
