The 2 women operators on Sunday evening need to be sacked as they are very unprofessional and don't have any idea of whats going on. My taxi was late due to the operators wanting to send one of their favourites for a big fare going Manchester. Disgraceful!

Absolutely discusting booked a taxi 4pm today for my partner to pick his son up from school . Then i got a text saying the taxi has been dispatched this was 2.30pm. I phoned them back to say i booked for 4pm ... He waited till 4.25pm still no sign .. so he started to walk . Then another text saying it had arrived . My partner by then was half way there so i asked the taxi firm would they pick him up , she replied yes no problem , he waited again NO SIGN . He ended up walking and collected his son at 5pm ... never again will i waste my time on this company .

Booked a fare. Came put of my card and called to shift it. Was told no one admitted to taking my call. Have to pay twice and file fraud charges. Do NOT trust them with your card. Rip off.

Expect the driver to be late by 10 - 15 mins. Order the taxi extra early just incase

Was told 10 min wait 30 mins later told another 10 mins, tariff was ridiculous as well would not recommend using them to anyone
