0 stars. The rudest taxi company I have ever used. The base staff are extremely rude resulting in them hanging up on me and commenting that I was the issues before doing so. Unhelpful, extremely over price and disgusting. Overcharged for my trip home tho news years eve no mention of double time trip was way before midnight also. The meter advise fix fare yet the driver doubled this once we got out the taxi. FIXED RATE means fixed not double. The driver also didn't display the cost turned his phone backwards so price was provided till end of the trip. £28 for 7mins journey. Facebook Post show a caring company and without customer there success wouldn't have been possible. How about using the overcharged prices for a communication course to provide additional training for your staff. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!Service: Limousines
Our driver went out of his way trying to find us after a bit of a muddle with directions. Can't thank him enough for doing so as we'd already been let down by another company and we didn't think we'd get home! I'd highly recommend them to anyone, fantastic taxi service :D
Terrible! I called and asked if they will take adults and a dog, i was advised yes we have drivers that allow dogs, I booked for 11pm .. the driver arrives and at that point I came outside and said we are coming out I'm just getting the dogs lead, at this point the driver advised he doesn't take dogs and don't know when the operator booked it.. I asked if he could wait while I called the operator to sort it out as I had specifically asked about a dog... the driver then just drove off as I taking to him! Absolutely disgusting and rude! Will never use again as I when i called back they told i had got through to yellow cans which is a lie as I hit redial!! Disgusting!!
Sometimes they are sooooo busy they can’t answer the phone and then they are too busy and can’t come for a couple of hours I am sorry but it must be said the drivers are very good. It is so sad that the elders in Horwich have very poor transport in and around Horwich especially when we used to drive but have chastised for driving when in fact we are a lot more cautious than the youngsters at least we don’t drive at top speed through Horwich. I have given up driving through bullying in the town and now I am regulated by drivers who it would seem are far to busy and always late. Too bad.
Cant book a taxi an hour and quater before school run for a 50 min round trip including traffic. Guess Ill keep my money

Horwich to MAG, driver was decent fella, chatted the usual chat and stook to the speed limit. Helped with the bags and chatted to the kids who asked 100 questions. Will defo use again.
I was overcharged on my outbound trip so I called the office to get a resolve. The operator, after a bit of back and forth, agreed to send the same driver for the return trip at a discounted price. It wasn’t “easy” to get the resolve but we got there in the end. The driver was a lovely guy too. I always think companies should be judged on their ability to rectify difficult situations....this was quite refreshing as a lot of taxi companies these days would, in my opinion, just pie you off and wait for the next job. Would definitely use them again
Needed a taxi to Manchester in a hurry, driver came quickly, got us there as soon as possible and we had an interesting chat on the way!
