I ordered a taxi on two occasions and the service was terrible. I can't believe I'm having to put a 1 star and bad review for this company. The first time I booked a taxi they told me it would be half an hour and after 45 minutes of waiting in the rain, a taxi arrived and I asked the driver if this was my taxi. I was then informed that no taxi had been booked for me at all, I was then told to get in and he would take me. I got in the taxi and then the driver made me call the company to then get them to confirm he could take me and he would not drive until this had been done. Then this morning I called and booked a taxi to the train station was told it would be 10 minutes. Again after waiting 25 minutes, I call back and was told it would be half hour or longer. So thanks to them I have now missed my train! I really advise this company work on their communication and business skills. Otherwise your wasting your time booking a taxi with them!

Ordered a taxi today , did not get told I'd have a long waiting time until I rang back 20 minutes later. Lady in the phone said "be another 10 minutes yet is that okay" so I waited again. It has now been another 30 minutes with no cars in sight l. 50+ minutes total you should be ashamed of yourself peak time/day or not.

Said the taxi was on the way. Turned up 45 minutes later. Taxi driver offered no help loading the boot (was a fair big shop) Then throughout the journey payed more attention to his phone than the road. Then when we got to our destination was offered no help with the shopping.

Shite service!!!!! Hopefully Uber or another taxi service will take over... Customer care is shocking and clearly everyone agrees with other reviews posted about Metro.. this company is not up to any standard at all!!!!!!!

booked a taxi 40 minutes in advance. for 8:15 so i would be early for work. arrived at 8:44.. despite me ringing up every 10 minutes to say it still isn't here.. was then told on the last phone call the driver had gone home and they had to send someone else, now really late for work! wouldn't bother touching their service.
