Waited 2 and a half hours to be told everytime i rung it would be 5 mins. To then tell me i had someone come and that they rang wheni was on the front ans no one rang my phone. To then have to re book another taxi to be told its not going to be long as it wil be one in the area. I think had a phonecall why on the front from driver saying it had arrived so i rang the driver to see where he was he said helk be with me shortly so after another 15 mins of waiting i rang the operate and went mad so he had to ring the taxi driver to then tell me he wouls be 2 mins and had to wait another 10. To then nearly take us in the opposite direction to the hospital as im 24 weeks pregnant and got told to go to hospital as the dr was worried about me having an infection that could cause me to lose my baby!! Im not happy 1 bit.
Do not use this company they are the the worst around. The operator is useless and the taxi driver short changed me despite already giving a tip... I would sooner walk than put money in their pockets. I hope that people get wise and use more reputable and honest services in future.... Blue Star or ATC are much better and the drivers do not rip you off. Avoid at all costs
I dont even want to leave 1 star this taxi firm is absolutely ridiculous I phoned 2 weeks to book a minibus for the 7th dec. It didn't turn up rang was told they only allocated taxis on the night!! Then they hung up when I asked them how much longer we would have to wait!! Cancelled the taxi which still came 40 minutes later.
Worst experience I've ever had . We pre booked to go to haydock race course. All good going there but on the return journey they didn't turn up. Kept phoning them and they said he was 1 minute away. Waited one and half hours but still no show. Kept phoning but wouldn't answer . Decided to walk back to hotel which I think is piss poor as we come from Bristol and have no idea where we were walking. Then tried for a Uber and pick us up in 5 minutes. Big up the Uber
This company treats Disabled clients with total contempt and has forced me to report them for the second time to the licensing authority for leaving regular disabled customers without a service stating one and a half hours for a taxi that was regularly book twice a week. And the abuse and failure to answer to a customers repeated calls was a disgrace, and they should not be allowed to advertise. 95% of drivers are great, but switchboard operators can ignore you and be abusife. They give false apologise when the few are reported to clear their name. More lucrative calls get preferential treatment, locals don't count..
Appaoulling sevice! I will never use them ever again. Ordered a taxi for 9am to get my daughter to work for 9.30 and at 9.15 it still hadn't turned up. I rang to check where it was as she was going to be late. The reception said he was just dropping someone off them he would be with her within 5-10 mins! I explained she needed to be on work for 9.30 hence booking for 9. I then rang back at 9.30 as it still hadn't come, only to be told they had put it down as a no show?!?!? So now she is now very late for work and still no taxi!!!
Taxi was over half an hour late, no apology even though he admitted he knew he was late, he drove all round houses so the drive was longer than it should of been. All in all not impressed i arrived incredibly late for work thank god i have understanding managers Next time im using Davron or Bluestar
Appalling service. Would like to give 0 stars. Booked a pickup from festival in Warrington. All good. Got to pickup point a bit early so called them to see if the car could come earlier. Informed at that point that because we hadn’t paid a deposit which they made NO MENTION OF when we made the booking there was no car for us. No offer of a car. We’re left stranded in Warrington with 20000 other people after Neighbourhood weekender. Utterly useless.
Ordered a taxi to go to work for half 7 in the morning...no taxi till 5 past 8. Spole to the operator who told me on numerous occasions throughout my half way wait it was around the corner laughable and no apploogy what so ever for lateness even though I had told them I needed to be at work for 7:45 on booking taxi... Operator was rudw, no apology! Would not use for an important booking again, not reliable
Just paid £15.50 for a taxi from Ashton to Leigh - a journey I make twice a week and have never paid more than £12 for. I've used most of the taxi companies local to Ashton and Leigh. Completely conned and asked the driver if fares had increased recently but of course, he knew nothing, he's just a driver. Won't be using them again and, as a local pub landlady, I will absolutely not be giving their number out.
