Booked a taxi on Friday for ASAP at about 16:30. Gentleman said okay and took my location. 20 mins later I called back and the automatic messaged said a different location to where I had planned the pick up. Then spoke with another gentleman to change the location and ask for eta. He said not sure as he will have to put the job in for pick up. Said ASAP again and he said okay. After another 15 mins, called again and spoke with a lady. I said the pick-up location on the auto message was wrong again and wondering eta. she explained it will be over an hour wait and said she didn’t understand why anyone would tell me wrong information. Rubbish and the two first men were useless.
Absolutely shocking service from Premier/Britannia, 50mins late, what’s the point of pre booking a taxi with this bunch of clowns, don’t use them if you’ve got to be somewhere on time. Not even worth 1 star
Do not use this taxi service if you want to get to your destination on time.....20mins later no taxi. Called up and they said "we don't do guaranteed bookings". If they don't do guaranteed bookings then why book a taxi and why run a taxi service? No taxi turned up in the end. Absolutely shocking service. And they don't actually care..
Booked these cowboys for a school run to take my child to school when I couldn’t … they didn’t come … phoned them 4 times … they lied and lied saying it was coming then we were number one priority!!!! They didn’t turn up at all !!!! Fuming !!!!!!!!
Booked a taxi from Liverpool airport three weeks prior. Got a text to say its on the way plus drivers phone number. Great communication, nice car and driver was a good guy. About 25% dearer than we were quoted or I'd have given it 5 stars.
Booked a taxi for 8.40 the day before I needed it to make sure I wasn’t late for work. It was over 35 mins late! I called the company and their answer was: we are currently trying to get a taxi to you! I called back 10 mins later and they cut my call off! Absolutely terrible service!!! Never again will I use this company! I’d rather walk bare foot and naked!
Not even worth the one star! I called this company at 1.15 to book a taxi for 1.45 to Wigan. As it didn't arrive by 1.55 I called again, only to be told that it wasn't on its way and they had no idea what time he would get to me. The guy was so unprofessional imo and didn't seem to care that I had an appointment at 2p.m. There was no apology, and he just kept repeating that he'd no idea what time the taxi would arrive. I will certainly not be using them in the future and would definitely not recommend!
User Uber instead. Called these guys last night when in desperate need of a cab. There was an elderly man in our group of four. "We will be there when we can." I asked what this meant. Did it mean a minute, an hour, several days? The operator considered these questions."weird" and refused to give a timescale. Half an hour later I received a text saying the booking was cancelled. Use Uber. Put these dinosaurs out of business ASAP.
Awful. Booked a taxi for a specific time a week in advance. On the night Premier/Britannica were 45 mins late. Ended up canceling as they made us late for a special event. Premier used to be great, but I wonder if Britannica buying the company has made them a lot worse? I won't use again.
Pre ordered a taxi 2 hours in advance, the guy on the phone was great said it was all booked. 5 minutes after it was due we rang up asking if it was close and a different guy told us there was no car available and they won't book a car until there is one in the area. Because of this we missed our train to the airport! Skem cars were much better!!
