This has happened twice we have booked a taxi. They haven't turned up we have been waiting at the window when I rang the office both times they have said the have been knocking or ringing the door bell. I haven't even got a door bell to be accused I am lying they have been waiting outside will never use these again. Appalling attitude by all staff.
