Only one star as I can't give no stars. Taxi booked the day before for an early morning train from Wigan North Western to London. Driver rings me 5 mins after he was due to pick me up to tell me he's only just been given the job and say he's 2 miles away. Now no chance of me making my train. Thanks Hindley Taxis!
Turned up for me but didn't turn up for my friend who had pre-booked so lady's weren't hanging around at midnight
Very poor.. Booked in advance and they cancelled 2 minutes before pick up time...and didn't even let me know! Also used in past on airport run.. Again, booked in advance... took over an hour to get to us... Don't use these..
Booked at taxi for 18:15hrs on a Saturday for a pick up in Bickershaw and it only arrived at 18:40hrs. When I rang at 18:25 to see where it was. I was told it was in Platt Bridge. But it still only arrived 15mins later. Thought the driver was pushing it. This taxi company has seriously gone down hill, in the last 12 months
Very bad customer service. Rude staff that drops the call on you simply because you’re trying to explain where you at! I won’t recommend!
Great drivers and honest phone service
Left my 17 yo daughter stranded. Booked for 22:30 and never arrived. Despite several phone calls and promises that a taxi would arrive had to make other arrangements at 11:45 to get her home safe. Will never use them again.
Best taxis I will allways use them and can't beat the service and friendly drivers and for a woman on my own I feel 100 percent safe best taxis
Just got in a taxi from my grans house, it said £3.60 on the screen and I gave him a £10 not and got £6 back may only be £0.40 but I expect the to get my full £6.40 change absolute disgrace of a driver. This was at 22:05_22:10 on Thursday 11 July 2019 Always thought it was a great taxi service now I don't ripping me off because they had wait 5 minutes, can't help having take care or my grandma.
don't recommend booked a taxi at 9am to arrive at 15:10 the same day accepted the booking i rang the office at 15:20 to be told they had not allocated a driver yet then arrived at 15:45 making me late for work should not accept bookings if you can't get to them i would of tried to sort out other arrangements if i knew.
