Absolutely fabulous. Just walked in too late fro Sunday roast. Aw ,No worries says Janet. " Yorkshire Tapas " will be out in a minute ?? So we settle down very nice pub , nice people , enjoyable Beer, out comes Yorkshire Tapas Little Yorkshire puddings filled with beef or chicken and stuffing hot gravy and the BEST roast potatoes I've had in years guess what ,no charge ! Wow ,we will see you on Monday mavis & John Liverpool

This is a top pub. There is a great atmosphere with a top beer selection. When in the area, I always drop by for a meal. The food is incredible. I had the pie which had great flavour and plenty of meat. I ordered by 18 month old mash potato which they bought out with a little spoon ready for him to eat. The staff were very friendly and the gentleman (who I believe was the Chef) was very welcoming and went the extra mile. There is a nice beer garden here too with plenty of space. A huge car park to the side of the pub means parking is never an issue. You never leave this place hungry. I will definitely be back.

Lovely home cooked food , nice village pub with very friendly staff and locals - huge portions too ! Really pleased we visited
