I booked by phone and was a little concerned that they didn't the my name or anything. On arrival I was greeted politely and asked what I wanted and the shape of nails required. I had a pedicure and gel nails on both hands and feet. Whilst having the pedicure I sat on a massage chair which made me feel very relaxed. 2 weeks later my nails still look good and I'm happy with the service. My feet are much softer after a very comprehensive pedicure using multiple tools and cleaning products that I just don't have at home.
Omg. Three weeks today and my first ever nail gels still *perfect*. Lovely lady did mine scuse cuticles, just pushed them into place to prove 3 wks growth so look a bit raggedy. I've done daily gardening and housework, even a trip to the dump. What is this sorcery?? So, so happy, many thanks, GinaService: Gel manicures

Very rude owner. I came 15 minutes early for my 2.30pm appointment. At 2.15pm. Their 2 appointments hadn’t turned so the lady started mine. A few minutes after a lady showed up who should have been there at 1.30 and even though mine had been started he ordered the girl to leave mine and now go to the other lady.. the other lady even said please do hers first I don’t mind waiting as I was late. He garbled in Chinese again to the other lady and she just went off and left me. The last time I went in there was a problem as my nail hadn’t been cut right and was wonky and I told the owner who was the one doing it. I asked him to file it a little more as it wasn’t straight. He roughly grabbed my hand and took the whole nail off.!! He clearly then had a problem with me and was non talkative to my attempt at conversation. I can see he carried that thru to today. He has now lost 5 customers thanks to his utter rudeness. We will never return and I will ensure to let everyone else know of my treatment.!!Service: Manicure
Had my first ever manicure four and a half weeks ago, having a full set of gel nails and shellac polish. Was treated with lovely service from friendly staff and competitively priced too. Was SO impressed that I've just been back for my second set of nails. I only changed them because my own nails had grown so much that I needed them infilled. I shall be going back again.

I went there to get two broken nails fixed, en route home from laying my mom to rest. Beautiful job. Very impressed. And they wouldnt let me pay or tip either . Beautiful gesture . Thank you. Very much appreciated. I will pay your kindness forward to someone else.
