Freshly cooked fish and chips to order! How can you possibly go wrong? (Short answer... YOU CAN'T!) The staff are friendly the restaurant and takeaway side are both clean and freshly painted. The food is fresh and always hot. The food is never too greasy and the prices are good too. They get very busy sometimes and you can be waiting a good 30 minutes on the most busiest days but usually you have all your food within 10 minutes. All I would say is the place gets very VERY hot sometimes that you have to Stand outside for 5 minutes. But they do have 5+ deep fat fryers going at once so it's completely understandable!

Absolutely fabulous, Graham and family couldn't be more friendly and courteous if ya paid them. Fish and most products fried to order and fresh as can be. Only found 1 other fish shop in these parts that would use regularly

Great local chippy, very busy which is always a good sign. All food is cooked fresh and locally sourced. Taste is fantastic very happy! Would recommend!

When most other outlets are serving grim floury old wooden tates, these were a joy! No eyes, burnt bits, black or green bits, just good potato someone kept their eye on from peeler to fryer. Peas just right aswell.

We always stop if open on way to coast best fish and chips we have had beats Whitby delicious
