Lovely food and very friendly staff. All staff from the door to bar to waiting staff were very nice. The decor is generally quirky although I found the animal heads (stag heads etc.) to be quite dis-tasteful. Drinks are decent including my favourite non-alcoholic option; the cooling lemonade. A bit more special than your standard lemonade, freshly made with a great strong taste and minty touch. Nice to see vegan options and as stated before, the food tasted great. Nice portions sizes too, not this pretentious gourmet rubbish. The price was fair for the quality and generally not expensive. I will definitely eat there again. -Loverly food with good portions and fair price. -Friendly staff -Good variety of food including vegan options -Quirky decor -Distasteful animal heads on walls

Quirky setup for a restaurant which takes after its name... defiantly cosy. The restaurant is located at the second floor above the shops in the Hayes. This place gets busy and expect to wait for a seat in the evening. Recommend booking a table in advance if you want to dine during peak hours. However, if you need to wait, the bar is a nice. Food is good with a large variety on the menu from, breakfast, steaks to burgers.

Stumbled across this place whilst shopping. If you’re in Cardiff it’s well worth a visit. The Gin selection is good and if you’re stopping for food then you won’t be disappointed. Of the four of us at the table there was not of us that didn’t enjoy our food. Personally I will be coming back here soon! Good service, good food and a great place for some social dining.

Cosy club has really gone down hill in terms of customer service. I went in yesterday and ordered brunch to end up in an argument with one of your waitresses because I asked for no sauce with my meal, she tried to belittle me and argue that the dish came with no sauce to then serve me the dish with a different sauce?! She ruined the atmosphere and meal for all of us. I complained a few months ago to cosy club and the manager who dealt with this issue was more than helpful but it’s a shame to see months later the staff are still stuck up and argumentative. If you want to have a pleasant meal I would stay clear of the waitress with dreads.

Our dog was made very welcome and the staff were all friendly, it wasn't clear if our dog was aloud in the eating area so we weren't able to eat here but the food looked good and the bar was a great place for a few cocktails. Prefere the loungers bars as eating when out with the dog is easier. Would definitely go back again next time we're in Cardiff.
