Only my 2nd visit. My wife and I had a lovely steak meal and it was really tasty. Staff are always friendly and coffee is great. Use vouchers when you can; makes the meal great value for money.

My Daughter and son inlaw booked for Saturday 10th March.They went on my recomendation,unfortunatley they did not have good experiance,despite being fairly quiet they were sat outside in the arcade(they did not complain).On ordering they did not have basic things like garlic bread,mushrooms,my son inlaws steak was( his words ) miniscule,very meagre portions,service was fine but they would definatley not use this place again.And i must say niether would i or my friends.

Always have a lovely meal here. Staff pleasant and friendly. Regularly use vouchers to reduce the price 👍

Staff are very friendly, attentive without being overbearing. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommend, hoping there is one in Swansea

The mains were fine but the dessert failed for me. If I order strawberry ice cream that is what I expect - not strawberry & clotted cream. I don't like clotted cream. They did offer to exchange but it was too late - we were getting short of time by then so I sent it back. Service was slow. Hour and a quarter for mains & (one) dessert, really didn't have time to wait for an alternative. Need to improve service and accuracy of menu options.
