helpful and friendly service. I have called twice now with mechanical issues and the staff were fantastic in trying to resolve my issues and coming to the aid of a cyclist in distress!. Sadly neither issue was a quick fix and with living 25miles away I couldnt really leave my bike ...so I cannot speak with first hand experience of workmanship I have no doubt they will do a great job. And so fully recommend
Very pleased with excellent service from Bikewright on purchasing a E bike. Really helpfull and good advice. Now not as impressed with after sales service when only needing a small request for handle bar riser. Excellent when your spending £1650 plus
really helpful came in with two flats not knowing what was wrong or how to fix the issues was there all of 15 minuets but left knowing a lot more and the necessary items to remedy the issue. very reasonably priced compared to online stores and very helpful
Very experienced and knowledge in the biking world so can advise if needed. Parts or tyres or anything bike related can also be ordered and received quickly if not physically in the shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

I rang Bikewright about getting me an ebike chain which I could not find anywhere else and they posted it out that day so i could get it to go riding the weekend. Thats service above and beyond in my opinion. I would give them 10 stars if I could !!
