Dealt with Ash regarding the purchase of a new road bike. Excellent communication before and during the process which was was fast and comprehensive. I visited the shop to collect the bike and Ash conducted a thorough fit onto the bike. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them.

I dealt with Ash here as he consulted me on a custom frame. I must say, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with: knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and trustworthy. The finished product is awesome and I’m over the moon with it. The communication from Northern Ride was consistently good, very responsive and helpful, would thoroughly recommend. Cheers Ash

Excellent service. Very enthusiastic father and son team. They offer a really good quality range of brands and a wide range of prices. Of interest to me were the Italian brands such as Sarto and Scapin. They order the frame for you from Italy, build the bike up and offer a bike fitting service. They are the only Sarto dealer that I could find in the north of England. If you are thinking of laying out that kind of cash, you want good service from beginning to end and Ash Clark and his dad at Northern Ride certainly deliver. They are both cyclists and very interested in the whole sport. This enthusiasm shines through and is in marked contrast to some larger bike shops who just want to turn product around quickly.
