Excellent service from Steve and Robbie as always, they will solve any issues you have with your bike and complete the work in a very short period of time. Will always come back here from Osmotherley.
I went in a few weeks ago for a new bike, the guy in the shop fitted me up real quick listened to my requirements and made alterations to the bike I picked within my budget. He was really helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a new bike for themselves or to buy for a family member, I couldn't have wished for better service.
Many thanks to Cowley Cycles for the excellent service on my Haibike Trekking 4 ebike. A very professional service using their Silver Service which included replacement wheel bearings, chain and cassette. I would highly recommend Cowley Cycles, Northallerton for all your cycling needs. Have used Cowley for repairs, servicing and parts. Always helpful, find the repair prices very reasonable. Will always check in here before having to use one of the larger chains
Steve is an absolute legend. Every time I had more than a complicated issue with frames and headsets he's spent an age trying to find what I've needed. He just finished off a couple of wheels I built that I couldn't quite get true and he charged me next to nothing for absolute Stella work. I've never visited cowleys and left disappointed because even if he hasn't got what I need he can usually find it for the next day. I'll keep recommending and using cowleys for as long as he's there

Popped in with my rear wheel with burst tyre and tube as I was struggling to understand why I was getting ongoing issues. Happily the problem was diagnosed and solved very quickly. Great advice provided with options for new tyres. New tyre and tube fitted for me, and also pumped up ready for use. Very impressed with the service as always and can highly recommend Cowley Cycles for friendly, efficient and professional service. This is my go to cycle specialist and will definitely shop here rather than the internet .
