Top guys. They helped me out with a shredded inner tube on my daughter's off-road wheelchair. We are on holiday so this was essential. They sorted it while I waited and the price was very reasonable. Excellent customer service and very friendly interaction. Highly recommended..
I bought my Trek Emonda SL6 back in May 2022. Mark completed mini bike fit to make sure we had the right size frame. Before I took the bike it did have two mechanics check the bike over and Mark went through a few things to ensure I was happy with the day to day maintenance outside of a service. Overall really happy with the bike. The team do a great job in store regardless of which one you visit. I was in Harrogate and it's also my local store. Great advice and service. Cheers Everyone.
I’ve been using Chevin Cycles in Otley now for a fair few years and have never been disappointed or let down by them. During 2020 lockdown I began to use the Harrogate store as they had stock of a bike I was wanting. It’s fair to say that my love affair with riding was re-kindled and I’ve been back a fair few times for parts, service, oh and 2 more new bikes!! The advice from the staff has always been second to none, helping an aching mountain biker find the love for road riding, then night riding, then winter riding! Not much left to try now tbh! I must say a massive thanks to Will who has been great throughout all my sales interactions, as well as Jamie the store manager and the amazing team in the workshop. Personally, I couldn’t ask to meet a nicer bunch of people with a common interest and a genuine pride in the work they do. Thank you! Now all I need is the motivation to get back out in the somewhat changeable Yorkshire weather. Keep up the great work and I’ll see you soon for more kit no doubt! Don’t tell Emma how much it all really cost ;-
Absolutely thrilled with my new bike. All the staff I dealt with at the Harrogate Store were really knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Great service, I had a little technical emergency. I expected to have to leave my wheels at the shop. Things were sorted instantly and at a very reasonable price. I can only describe the gentleman that served me as excellent.
Love this store, seriously, I could bankrupt my self in there then steal my friends and families identities and bankrupt them too I haven't...yet... there's so much cool stuff. Best price I could find on a beautiful Trek hard tail online anywhere was through Chevin and the service is fantastic, polite, thoroughly knowledgeable and in no way over bearing. I bought my bike last September and only got half an hour's use before having to work far away for 6 months which meant never riding it, despite that, they booked it in for its Frist service with no quibbles. Bought a nice discreet tyre inflator which was fairly priced AND they did me a 10% discount on top! Will be taking my kids in for their first proper mountain bikes this year, all kids bikes come with thumb shifters not those awful twist shifters so they are learning right from the off Cheers Chevin Cycles.
I just love the great feeling you get when you come into this bike shop! Everyone is friendly, has time for you, are well qualified and genuinely interested in your needs. It's a top place for all your cycling wants with first class workshop services too.
For the first time a shop where you can find professional people, always ready to clear up any question. Thanks a lot to Will who follow me leading in the choosing of the bike perfect for me. I entered just to have a look and I went out with a new amazing Bike. The shop was clean and tidy, everyone smiling and courteous. Very good the chance to make a finance with 0% interest. Five stars absolutely deserved !!!
Popped in on the last day of the year after a wet ride from Fountains Abbey on the off chance they might have some waterproof trousers. Got just what I wanted and was recommended waterproof socks! Didn’t even know you could buy them! As always excellent service. Happy New Chevin Cycles
