Great shop! Staff are really friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I'm really really pleased with my new bike. Having chance to test ride bike in safe environment is a big plus. Very very helpful advice about riding and looking after my bike. Big thanks! Jenny (used to always ride a bike, haven't for about 10 years, and wanted to get back into it: love it! Every ride to work feels like I'm playing out!)

I did quite a lot of research before looking to purchase a new ebike. I found Big Bear bikes in Pickering on the internet as Haibike agents.When visiting the shop i was greeted from the first moment by extremely helpful staff only too willing to help and advise and also let me demo any bike they had. I ordered a bike and was riding it with in 24 hours. Carry on the great work.

Fantastic customer service from David at Big Bear Bikes Spent loads of time with me making sure I was happy with everything before moving on to the next part of the bike buying process. Everything clearly explained or demonstrated, I tried 4 different bikes from one end of the scale to the other to show me the difference in quality and equipment (I had no idea). There was no heavy salesman stuff just a friendly can do attitude, ask as many questions as you want he can answer em all. When the time comes to upgrade 1 or 2 bits then I won't hesitate to go back. Can't recommend this place enough. Looking forward to many happy miles on my new bike.

Would highly recommend this bike shop, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent bike buying experience from demo ride right through to collecting new bike.
