I’m absolutely delighted with the service and support I received when purchasing my Trek Rail+ 8 Gen 5 eBike on 27th February 2026. From ordering to collection took less than a week, which was brilliant.nnBig Bear Bikes will definitely be my go-to bike shop, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.nnA big thank you to Oliver for all his help throughout the purchase and for the detailed and professional handover explanation, Scott.
Nothing is too much trouble, sorted my tubeless for me on pick up day, great range of products available. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who will ensure everything is perfect for you. I’ve had two bikes from them, highly recommended. Support your local bike shop!!
Brilliant bike shop and staff! Picked up my little boys new bike yesterday and couldn't be happier with everything. Service was excellent and they helped get a helmet sorted too. Thanks again!
Fitted a new chain for me when I found a crack in mine. Indexed my gears perfectly after I had struggled for weeks! Made sensible suggestions about replacing cassette at same time, but didn’t push it. And good chat while I waited.nSome beautiful bikes in shop that I would love to be able to buy!!
So nice to visit a proper bike shop with lots of bikes to look at, clothing , tools, etc. This shop has all that and at the top end of quality and cost too.nnLots of staff on hand to ask questions which they all seem to have a passion for bikes and biking.nnIn summary a top quality bike shop with good service
