No way this is a 4star hotel. Stayed at a “comfy double room” but the room is so tiny. Almost no space for stowage and you struggle even to go around the bed no space. Paying over 120£/night for this is crazy standards. By the way, there is no breakfast room…they bring a box to your room, where you don’t have any space to have a proper and conformable breakfast. Cherry on top: agreed to bring the breakfast at 09h00 but had to call the receptionist because they forgot. Arrived 1h later ‍
A Comfordable place to stay, so close to center of London. The room was clean, cosy and nice with a shinning bathroom. No sounds from the other rooms! Unfortunatelly no elevator but what is perfect in this world! Also the neighborhood is alive with a lot of shops, cafe and places to eat. I will stay again there, come in London.Rooms: 5/5
Very nice hotel cleaned and newly furnished. It is good for a solo traveler. It is little bit overpriced since there is no facilities & lobby. Also, the breakfast provided doesn’t meet my expectations at all, and it doesn’t worth to have it included in the room rate.Rooms: 4/5
My room is clean in general and quiet, although they can do a better job cleaning at the toilet bowl. Breakfast delivery is on time every day. It consists of some pasteries, a juice, yourgut, a fruit, and cracker. Internet speed is average - its wifi system stops accepting device connections when it detects too many people in the hotel using it. That gave me some problem when i had to do some work remotely. There is no other amenities in the hotel. The "cozy" room is very tight for 2 people - i can't even quite place 2 standard sized luggages properly. The price they charge for this room and level of amenities is somewhat excessive for the room size and hotel amenities. I would consider staying at Holiday Inn Express that is located a block from this hotel the next time i return to this area. Location of this hotel is super: i Easy access to affordable food, many food options ii there is a direct Underground subway line from Heathrow iii its subway stop is a major stop with easy access to other subway lines.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was ideal as it was quite close to centre. The staff were also lovely- I’d like to thank Jalal for giving me a free room upgrade when I checked in at the reception. The room was very spacious and clean. Will definitely be back!Rooms: 5/5
Excellent location, cozy rooms, brilliant staff. The only reason I'm giving a 4 is because none of the ventilation was clean, neither the toilet or the air conditioning, which for me is terrible. The breakfast is quite basic. Safety: Safe area. Walkability: 3 minutes walking to Hammersmith station.

Great hotel. Absolutely great. We were in town to see a show at the Apollo but also to explore London. Great location for this and great value for money. Included breakfast was a nice touch. Hotel is clean and safe and in a perfect location close to any and all shops and cafes and subway. The staff was the best thing though : such lovely lovely people. We got an early check in and a free upgrade because the elevator was being fixed at that time. Naeem and his colleague took such good care of us. They seemed to truly enjoy their job. Always smiling and helpful - charged our power bank, gave us more coffee, offered to help carry the stroller, chatted with us and our baby… truly wonderful guys who made the stay very very nice. Thanks so much and couldn’t recommend this hotel any more to anyone going to a concert or just in town and wanting something more affordable. Nearby activities: Anything you might need and want
Old bloodstains on carpet and bed, appears to me like something "really terrible" has happened there. Room and tv covered in dust and overall extremely unhygienic. We tried to spent most time outside since it wasn't nice to be in there at all. Small like your closet. Chemical smell in room. Sewer smell in bathroom. Elevator out of service, looking at previous reviews it hasn't been fixed for years. Needed to carry heavy luggage myself 10 stairs since nobody was there to help, 24/7 reception is false. Forgot ? to deliver breakfast at our last day but since all they serve is a sugary drink and greasy sausage roll in a box we were good without. Offered a discount for our next stay if we remove our review but I would decline it anyday. Explains the 'good' reviews as it makes no sense, this hotel is utterly terrible. Wish I had seen honest reviews before we made the mistake to book here. No way I'll ever come back even if they would pay me. Spend a bit more elsewhere, trust me: not worth your money. Only thing that is good is the location but rather travel a few more miles.. Hope I can help someone with a real review. Total disaster.
Good value for money and a great location. Easy check in and we were even given an upgrade! Rooms: Decent size, with a TV and desk Nearby activities: The hammersmith apollo is very close Safety: It's London Food & drinks: Shops, restaurants and bars all seconds away. Noteworthy details: No lift to third floor so be ready to walk a lot
