Great and comfortable Bed, Value for money with super deal offer. Nice room with required amenities including tea, coffee making facility. Good air conditioning, toiletries, Linen. Overall good place to stay near to Wembley Central and Stadium railway station. Bus stop is just outside of the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants, eateries, cafe's in an around to taste a variety of food. Would definitely like to stay again in near future

Overall a nice hotel. Walking distance from the Wembley central station. Wembley stadium is also walking or a short bus ride distance away The rooms in the basement do not have any windows. Cleanliness is at par with any best western hotel. No complaints.

Room waa ok, could have been more clean. Breakfast refill was very slow. Only international breakfast (without extra pay). Pizza was very good, very thin dough. Rail connection is good.

Decent hotel but in my opinion a 3 star wrapped in 4 star dressings. Our room was extremely small and without a window very hot unless we blasted the air con. I think the shower might have been the biggest disappointment, pressure was weak and the temperature was no way near hot enough. The breakfast was nice without being anything special. The nice thing was that everything did seem quite new at least. Takes about 45 mins including walk by metro to get to town.

Receptionist was extremely rude when we asked why he was charging £84 when the recept said £69. The room he gave us was already occupied. Having returned to reception the same receptionist confirmed there were other rooms available but insisted he was doing us a favour and proceeded to give us our money back instead of giving us a different room. Called the hotel the following day to explain what had happened. The assistant manager (Tracey) took details and said she would call us back but never did.
