The only complaint I can make is there is not enough evening staff. Took half an hour to be served at the bar with no queue. Same staff working in the restaurant. One staff member forgot my dessert and went home so it wasn't made until I asked another member. Food however is excellent. Best steak I have had in ages and everyone is friendly. Has ample parking and in a great location.

Really clean, nice and quiet hotel. It's closest it could possibly be to an underground station. All you can eat breakfast is also really good and they have bunch of options to choose from. Employees we had contact with were nice and helpful. And the price in comparison with other hotels in London is a steal.

Went there with family and friends and it was a nice experience. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location. Just off A1. Has on-site parking. 2 minutes walk to underground station straight into centre of London
