We stayed in a room with a double bed and sofa bed with one adult and two children, the room was nice and clean but a little small when the sofa bed was out. The meals were good and there were gluten free options for dinner and breakfast. The pool is small but had everything you need (steam room, sauna and jacuzzi) the changing rooms could do with a refit. Overall good value and no hotel nightmare.

Great location for nearby concert and sports venues. Close to a wide selection of restaurants. Includes many facilities like gym, spa, conference areas, bar, and a restaurant with a buffet breakfast. Rooms were very clean and met my expectations, and staff were nice and very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice hotel with reasonably helpful staff. We ordered breakfast for our meeting but we're just given a tray of biscuits for 20 people which was a poor effort. However meeting was successful and overall enjoyed it.

Great staff. Nice place. Room is neat and of good size. Had a good time there and very close to the London  outlet.

I was there for a conference and so only saw the restaurant, lobby and conference rooms.

Wasn't impressed by the look and feel of the place. It felt dated and lacked vibrancy. The restaurant took so long to get the food out that we had to choose whether to have lunch or miss part of the conference...

That said there was parking.
