Nice friendly staff, rooms are clean although a little basic. As an animal friendly establishment your expectations are naturally lower as a trade off. All in all a nice hotel

Lovely hotel in a great little town. Staff are welcoming and helpful; the restaurant meals are varied and would suit almost all tastes. Bedrooms are clean but sparsely furnished. That said the hotel offers excellent value for money.

My husband and I were in Moffat for the World Gold Panning Championships 2017 and stayed for over a week at the Best Western Moffat House Hotel.. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of town.  The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and quiet.  The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed!  If we are ever in Moffat again we would definitely stay at the Best Western Moffat House hotel!
