Rubbish everywhere. Our bed was not made one day. Dusty room. In-room facilities in refreshed over 3 days. Very large pothole in the car park entrance.

I went here in the middle of the night about 3 weeks ago. A lady at the front desk called Ann helped me out massively. I was in a kinda dangerous situation, there were no rooms, my phone had died and Ann bent over backwards to find me another room. She helped me out with charging my phone, helped me call other hotels and offered me some motherly advice. She was very kind to me, offered me tea and coffee, had a bit of a giggle with me then I went on my way smiling 😊 thank you so so much. This is not a reflection of the business, this is just humanity (which I was starting to think no longer existed) so Ann, I'm at my mum's, I'm safe and well and I'm sorry it's taken me so long to acknowledge the help you've offered. I owe you a box of chocolates xx
