Superb hotel we loved the room very spacious great view over the river amazingly comfy bed with an en suite with powerful shower . Top decor very clean freshly painted well looked after. Great spa nice pool jacuzzi sauna steam room very friendly staff in there ect. Pets allowed in only £15 extra per night :) Stayed a Friday and Saturday night. Only faults were when we ordered a bucket of ice on the Friday night 10pm it never arrived. Then on Saturday arriving back from town at 0300 we were told the bar was closed by a very rude member of staff. The guest information in our room stated "would like some ice please dial the bar between 11am and 11pm" and "bar is open 24 hours for hotel guests only".

Absolutely superb hotel. Stayed for 2 nights on 15th March. We couldn't fault anything. Everything from the staff, to the decor, room, location, breakfast and general all round helpfulness of everyone was exceptional. I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel. Highland hospitality at it's very best. Thank you all very much indeed.

We loved our stay! We stayed in the second building and had a room overlooking the Loch Ness! Housekeeping was amazing as was room service. The room was spacious and bedding was comfortable. The location of the hotel made it easy to get to all the cities' attractions and shopping! It is within walking distance of the both the bus and the train stations. Many delightful restaurants were located nearby as well. The staff were very helpful in helping us with our planned excursions and needed drivers! The bar and lounge of the hotel were cozy and comfortable and we certainly enjoyed the Starbuck's coffee! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will most likely return to it when we take our next trip to Inverness!

Wow - loved this place. Stayed for one week, will return. Food, service, rooms all excellent. Staff can not do enough. Probably the best hotel I have ever stopped in!

Bed was nice and comfy, staff was generous and helpful. Price was reasonable. If you are looking for a good place to stay within walking distance of the train station in Inverness and want a pool, I highly recommend it. Only word of caution: no air conditioning. But since we came in February it wasn't an issue.
