Attended my first session and found it to be a very rewarding activity. There's a great balance between traditional formality and open friendliness from the instructor. I would encourage anyone of any age and level of fitness to give it a go. It's not about street fights, it's about learning harmony with yourself. The movements and postures are dance like.

Great school teaching authentic Southern Chinese Kung Fu. I have been there for a few years. Other students apply themselves while being good fun to train with, and we have a range of activities from traditional training to lion dance and sparring. Tough to start with, but rewarding with effort.
