Easy to book an appointment, I was given a choice of dates and times which would suit me. Kind, helpful staff when I dropped my car off - whole process explained. I was kept up-to-date throughout the day, my car was ready well before the predicted time. Easy to understand report and a helpful video was sent to me to explain the results of the MOT. Car came back cleaned too - bonus!

Customer service is fab. I have visited Doves Southampton a few times and the staff members are professional and friendly. I was really pleased with my recent service and I was kept informed and the work was completed on time. The car was given a good clean both inside and outside. Thanks to Nathan who is quite friendly and loves his job. I will highly recommend anyone to visit this branch.

I went in yesterday to seek to purchase a car. However, after witnessing one of the staff members strike a car with a chair which they were moving and then respond "it doesn't matter", I decided this was not the quality I was seeking. I also witnessed staff engaging in open disagreements with their customers, as I like to know that I will receive good aftercare, I also felt this was not the place for me. From reading previous reviews, I am glad I made the decision to abandon this. Would more happily buy a car from Del Trotter.

Louise was incredible from the moment I stepped in to the showroom of Doves Vauxhall and has been amazing until the end. I couldn’t have been put more at ease. She continued to keep me updated every step of the way and went above and beyond.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, nice coffee and somewhere to work while you wait. Vehicle ready on time, all work explained and returned clean.
