The highlights of their 'customer service' included booking us into the wrong showroom to complete the sale, failing to undertake work on the vehicle as promised and failing to clean it properly. Their 'sales person of the month' coordinated all of this - if this is the standard they work to then I'm just pleased that we didn't see anyone else. The manager we spoke to cheerfully told us that 'he didn't know' why the work hadn't been done. Clearly, he's the one handing out the awards to his employees. Hyundai promise £50 to anyone who recommends them - I'll do this one for free: don't bother with them.

Visited today was totally blanked was stood in the store for about  20 mins or more and two members of staff saw me there but not a word.... walked out  You lost my sale took my business else where
Highly rude unprofessional will not be coinciding you in future purchases  very very disappointed

Honestly terrible service. Terrible communications and always delays once you hand over your money. Took almost 3 weeks to get the car ready after I was told just 1. No explanation as to the delays and I was the one who had to chase it. Terrible from what is a large dealership. I will not be going back there again even though they owe me a new steering wheel (which I have been waiting a further 4 weeks for). Rude service and just excuses. Avoid them at all cost. Your better off chancing it on gumtree!
