I have been using Rex Gooding for years as my letting agent and have never had any issues with them. They have always been efficient at finding me a tenant, are competitive with their fees and all the staff are friendly and all in the same office! wouldn't hesitate to recommend them...

I came across Rex Gooding Estate Agency by recommendation when my wife and I returned from living in the Canary Islands in 2013, and decided to rent the apartment we owned on Victoria Embankment, Nottingham. We met Daniel Gooding, whose local knowledge was invaluable in assessing the real rental value. They found a quality tenant, quickly and efficiently, which encouraged us to purchase to date, 6 other properties (4 of them via Rex Gooding) which all have been rented for us by Daniel Gooding and his polite and efficient team.

As a former owner of an Estate Agency in Tenerife, I know only too well the difficulty in keeping everyone in any property transaction happy, but I can say with absolute honesty that all of our transactions, whether purchases or rentals, have been to our satisfaction 100%.  Alan Nicolson
