Friendly staff and a wide selection on the menu. Great steaks and cooked exactly how you like them. Prices are reasonable and they have a good selection of drinks and deserts too. Recommend booking in advance as it can get quite busy as it is popular plus it's connected to a hotel so lots of the guests eat there too.

Lovely meal, great service from Jackie, very efforvesent and attentive. Thank you. Good value lunch menu. In fact the prices were like stepping back in time 2.99 for a nice full size desert. 8.99 for rump, chips and peas.

Food was brilliant and the bar service was good. But service was slow. Food took forever even tho it wasn't that busy. Also added 2 extra drinks to the bill even tho the drinks were brought at the bar.

Whilst the food was of a fair quality here and the manager seemed on the ball... The waiting staff were a different story. The wait to get served initially and then to order and lastly to get the bill were lengthy! The waitress, despite only having a few tables, seemed unable to manage them. She was more interested on focusing on the larger table and having a chat with other members of staff! It's a shame as you can see the manager was trying to run an effecient pub! Maybe it'll be better next time...

Wonderful meal tonight. Chicken wings are fab. Husband had steak which was cooked as he ordered. The chicken and chorizo pie was lovely. I don't eat pies but do like filo pastry so was perfect for me. Cheesecake was biscuit based and great. 10 our of 10 for staff. Thanks to the Mill House
