The staff are polite & very helpful
Very poor service from them, they don't seem to want to talk, they seem like they are not happy to serve you. Even though we pay them a yearly fee. Sort out the unhappy staff and that place can be a good place.
Very bad service when terminating account! Upon terminating the contract in December, we asked the deposit to be sent back as cheque. Till now we haven't recieved it that's 2months now. After calling a person called Hari said they were making excuses that we only send cheque in 2nd class post you would have thought they atleast send it in recorded delivery!. Also, they refuse to send the cheque again due to cost of sending seconnd class ticket. Who would have thought that a locker centre that as loads of valuable stored are that Cheap when denying to send refund via cheque.
Great customer service and rapid processing. Also good health and safety measures for current pandemic.
